What is your touch up policy? We provide one free touch up within 90 days of receiving the tattoo. Hands andor finger tattoos, as well as foot tattoos may need to be touched up more than once depending on the area. The artist will inform you if you are wanting the design in an area of this risk. Any touch ups after the 90 days, or more than one touch up is needed we charge the shop minimum of $100. Touch ups are done Monday-Thursdays by appointment.

A group would like matching tattoos. Does each person need an appointment? Do we all book with the same artist or can we do multiple artists? Yes, each person will need to book an appointment. If the designs are to be an exact match, then yes, please make sure to book your appointment with the same artist. How do I prepare for a tattoo? Please make sure to shower, and wear something comfortable but allowing easy access to the area in which you are getting tattooed. Always make sure to eat at least an hour prior to your tattoo session. If you are receiving a larger tattoo bringing extra drinks and snacks are advised.

Piercing

Do you pierce minors? Yes, we pierce minors. Some piercings are not available to minors. Please give us a call to discuss your request. Minors birth certificate and a parent on premise with valid identification is required. See our piercing page for more details.

Can I bring my own jewelry to be pierced with? We do not pierce with outside jewelry. This is to ensure the high quality of jewelry that is to be inserted is not going to break down and expose harmful metals into the body during healing. Once the piercing is fully healed you can try different styles and metals.

Can I use alcohol or peroxide to clean my piercing? No! These products are harmful to your new piercing. Sterile wound wash in a pressurized can is the best and only way to heal your new piercing. We do offer NeliMed Piercing Aftercare spray in the studio for purchase.

How long do I have to wait to go swimming after getting a new piercing? You want to wait a minimum of 6 weeks, to ensure best results for your piercing 12 weeks. Always clean your piercing with sterile wound wash after ensuring a healthy piercing.
